usenet spam - there's no way to get rid of this?

there's so much spam in newsgroups now they are almost useless. it's a
shame.

there's no medicine for this? couldn't google police at least it's
own usenet servers?

Google just wants to make money :-(

You can report spam, including from Usenet, with services such as
SpamCop:
<http://www.spamcop.net//>.
No guarantee that it will make any difference, but maybe, just maybe, it
will get the occasional account pulled and/or a server block-listed.
